Roman Chukhvitsky

Roman Chukhvitsky is the Founder and President of the Global Alliance for Ukraine (GA4UA), a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to building strategic bridges between Ukraine, the United States, and international partners in the areas of economic development, business, defence, culture, education, civil society cooperation and humanitarian support. Born and raised in Ukraine and now based in USA, Roman brings a unique cross-cultural perspective shaped by decades of experience working across Europe and the United States. He is also the Founder & CEO of Belmonri Services International, an executive search and advisory firm supporting companies and organizations with global talent solutions, organizational growth, and leadership development. Father of 4 daughters and 2 sons.

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Roman has been deeply involved in mobilizing support for Ukrainian communities, focusing on children and families affected by the war. Under his leadership, GA4UA has facilitated community partnerships, and international engagement efforts that unite public officials, faith leaders, business executives, and civic organizations.


Gary Marx

Gary Marx is the President of Madison Strategies LLC, where he provides strategic counsel at the intersection of public policy, advocacy, and national leadership. He is the host of the Peace & Power Ukraine Podcast on the Federal Newswire platform, where he leads conversations on global security, faith, and Ukraine-related issues. Previously, Mr. Marx served as President of Defenders of Faith & Religious Freedom in Ukraine, an organization dedicated to protecting faith communities and religious liberty.

Mr. Marx has worked with several U.S. presidential campaigns, including those of Marco Rubio, George W. Bush, and Mitt Romney, and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Judicial Crisis Network. As a Board Member of the Global Alliance for Ukraine, he brings deep expertise in the political and policy arena, offering valuable insight into government relations, strategic advocacy, and navigating complex political environments in support of Ukraine and transatlantic cooperation.


Alberto Castelvecchi

Alberto Castelvecchi is a distinguished strategist and Professor at LUISS Guido Carli University, specializing in geopolitics, defense, and high-level institutional consultancy. He serves as a senior advisor to top military and institutional leadership, providing strategic guidance on leadership development, intergovernmental coordination, and the management of complex international crises within global security frameworks.

As a board member of Global Alliance for Ukraine, Mr. Castelvecchi brings to the table expertise in public affairs and diplomatic dynamics, facilitates critical dialogue between government institutions and private industrial stakeholders on initiatives with significant multinational and strategic impact. His approach uniquely combines academic rigor with hands-on advisory experience, ensuring that strategic planning remains closely aligned with institutional objectives and the evolving geopolitical and political landscape.


Lika Roman

Miss Ukraine 2007, Lika Roman is a distinguished international advocate rooted in spiritual values and a deep commitment to human dignity. With a lifelong dedication to cultural diplomacy and humanitarian action, she has used her global platform to inspire unity, hope, and meaningful support for Ukraine. As she joins the Board of the Global Alliance for Ukraine, Lika brings a powerful blend of creative leadership, compassion, and faith-based principals, resilience, and positive change for Ukraine and its people.


Marc Rooijakkers

Marc Rooijakkers is a Netherlands-based commercial manager specializing in international sales and business development. He has extensive experience building cross-border partnerships and translating strategy into sustainable, measurable growth.

As a board member of the Global Alliance for Ukraine, Marc contributes a pragmatic, network-driven approach to collaboration. He focuses on connecting stakeholders, mobilizing support, and helping advance practical, high-impact initiatives in support of Ukraine.

Marc holds a degree in International Business and Languages from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He is married to Kateryna and is the father of two children.


Dayana Chukhvitska

Dayana Chukhvitska serves as Secretary of the Board of the Global Alliance for Ukraine (GA4UA), where she supports governance functions, board documentation, and organizational coordination. She holds a degree in international relations from Wisconsin International University, USA, providing a strong academic foundation in global economics and international affairs.

Professionally, Dayana is part of Belmonri Services International, serving in the firm’s tax and finance practice, where she supports financial operations and tax compliance, helping Ukrainian community of Atlanta. She is committed to professionalism, integrity, and effective organizational stewardship, contributing to GA4UA’s mission through structured governance and disciplined execution.


William Morris

William Morris is a highly accomplished humanitarian professional and Fulbright Research Scholar with a distinguished academic background, holding an MSc in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA from Harvard University. He has extensive field experience in Romania and Ukraine, where he served as Program Director for Conscience International, leading refugee integration initiatives and frontline aid missions. 

His expertise in migration policy is complemented by his multilingualism, as he possesses advanced C1 proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and intermediate skills in Romanian. Additionally, William has a lower intermediate command of Russian and Ukrainian, which has been essential for his work with displaced youth and local volunteers. Beyond his humanitarian roles, he has a diverse professional history including tenure as a TV host in China and an educator in Georgia, where he continues to advocate for refugee support. His linguistic profile also includes intermediate reading in Japanese and lower intermediate Spanish, making him a versatile partner for international cooperation.


Filippo Rigonat

Filippo Rigonat is an emerging expert in international politics and European affairs, currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief of L’Europeista and a freelance contributor for Il Riformista and InOltre. As Political Science and International Relations student at Sapienza University of Rome, he has developed a significant media presence, frequently analyzing global conflicts and European policy on national television. 

His editorial work focuses heavily on the geopolitical implications of the war in Ukraine and the evolving dynamics between the EU, Russia, and the United States. Filippo’s experience in public speaking and editorial events direction complements his analytical skills, allowing him to communicate complex international issues to diverse audiences effectively. His deep commitment to European integration and his active role in cross-border political discourse make him a valuable asset for initiatives centered on Ukrainian crisis response.


Carolyn Hardin

Carolyn Hardin is a senior at Georgia State University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Law and Ethics. She currently serves as an intern with the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, supporting elections administration, civic engagement initiatives, and public service operations.

Carolyn is deeply passionate about foreign policy and U.S.–Ukraine relations, helping expand resources for Ukrainians rebuilding their lives in the United States. She has also partnered with the American Coalition for Ukraine (ACU), advocating on Capitol Hill for continued humanitarian and military support for Ukraine. Through these roles, Carolyn has collaborated with congressional offices, nonprofit leaders, and policy professionals to promote bipartisan support for democracy, human rights, and global security. Carolyn also serves as Chief Election Commissioner for Georgia State University’s Student Government Association, overseeing the administration and integrity of one of the largest student elections in the nation.


Daniele Venanzi

Daniele Venanzi is a journalist specialized in public policies and the economics of new technologies. He is an editor at Public Policy, an Italian news agency, where he oversees Public Policy Bytes, a news agency bulletin focused on digital affairs, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and technological infrastructure, with particular attention to policies and decision-making processes of governments and institutions. Over the course of his career, he has also worked in political communication and social media management.
